These Terms govern your use of syntrexia.com (the "Service"), a free seasonal comparison ledger covering Maldives and UAE travel periods. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

The Service is free for personal, non-commercial comparison. You must not resell data, misrepresent yourself as a tour operator, or use automated scraping beyond ordinary browsing. See Закон України «Про туризм».

2. Intellectual Property & Source Citation

All ledger data, text and design are owned by syntrexia.com. When you cite our seasonal figures, you must credit "syntrexia.com" and link to the source page.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Data is provided "as is" for information only. We are not a tour operator or travel agent. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for decisions made using the Service.

4. Personal Data & Cookies

We process personal data only with your prior informed consent, as required by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних». See our Privacy Policy.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів». Send complaints to contact@syntrexia.com; we respond within 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes go to the courts of Kyiv.
